Skipper Multan Sultan’s and former Pakistan Captain Shoaib Malik spoke in depth to media about his team’s recent poor showing in the lady couple of games.
Malik opined that his unit had started the tournament on a high and were going through a patch. He specifically spoke about Shoaib Maqsood and Ahmed Shahzad and mentioned the talent pool available to bounce back.
He also stated that in league based tournaments results and fixtures are held quickly and a two day rest will definitely allow his team management to get together and sort matters before the last leg of matches.
